I grew up helping my mother and grandmother in the kitchen. It started my love for food, as I got older and learned more about nutrition, minerals, vitamins, and just understanding just how important food is to our bodies. I decided to go to Culinary Arts School. I went to Greenville Technical College where I earned my Associates in not just Culinary Arts but Culinary Education and my Certificate in Baking and Pastry. Yes, two degrees and a certificate. I love food, I have a tattoo that says "food is love" because to me it is.
